We offer mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families. Therapists are specialized in treating trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse and more. Treatment options include traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) .
